コメント：redistribution of wealthの駄洒落。ほとんどの駄洒落はスタｰリンやレｰニン時代のロシアからの駄洒落です。
Rationing: Kill an enemy with your shotgun while you’re out of minigun ammo.ミニガン弾切れ状態で敵をショットガンで殺す。
